DCOOL turns the table QR code into the restaurant's digital-human service entry. Guests do not download an app; they speak or tap to ask questions, order, request service and check out.

The guest arrives and scans the table QR code to wake the restaurant-specific digital human. It introduces the restaurant and menu, then helps the guest order by voice or tap. During the meal, requests such as water, napkins and order-status checks become restaurant tasks, with human staff available for exceptions. At the end of the meal, the digital human helps confirm the bill and connects to the restaurant's existing payment or cashier process.
